Gutter Cleaning is mainly done using modern Ground base gutter vacuum system. 

Blocked gutters are cleared using Poles attached to a Vacuum which sucks out debris, including large builds up of Moss, and even turf. 

Gutters are viewed using CCTV Camera Providing before and after photos if required. 

Whilst clearing Blocked Gutters we include minor Gutter repairs. If your Blocked Gutters are cleared by Drains and Gutters, then leaking joints are sealed free, Joints re-connect if accessible with a ladder free, downpipes re-connected to gutter free, brackets re connected free. 

 All minor repairs are carried out within our clearance rate, along as no new parts are required.

How do you clear Gutters 
Drains & Gutters clean gutters using ground base gutter vacuum system to suck debris out of gutters, Using poles attached to vacuum to reach Gutters.

How do we know gutters are clear. 
Drains & Gutters use a camera attached to high reach pole to view gutters when clearing, on completion we take a photo and show client on site or email/text. 

How do you reach over our conservatory.
Drains and gutters reach over obstructions, like conservatories, using poles attached to an industrial Vacuum. 

Do you use ladders. 
Drains & Gutters also can use ladders to clear gutters, however we prefer to clear with gutter vacuum system as cleaner, more efficient and safer.
 
Do you do gutter Repairs. 
Drains & Gutters also include minor repairs, such as re connecting joints/downpipes, sealing leaks, re connecting brackets/clips. These minor repairs if using existing parts are included in the clearance price.

Do you charge extra to clear my garage/conservatory gutters. 
Drains & Gutters include clearing of all gutters on site,  including garages/conservatories etc, unlike most companies we do not charge any extra.

HELP & ADVICE


 
Blocked gullies, Blocked downpipes, mainly are caused due to soil washing into gully, or moss collecting in gutters and washing down into downpipes and gully. Regular gutter cleaning, will help prevent blocked downpipes,  prevent blocked gutters and help against blocked gullies.   Install gully grids to prevent large items falling in like a tennis ball removed from a gully clearance.

Gutters, here at drains and gutters we are continuously removing added items installed to gutters.  Covers may prevent large moss entering, however the soil still enters and grass grows through cover and blocking gutter.  Brushes catch leaves etc so do not enter gutters, in some cases like a property we attended, brushes cause a build up of leaves backing up on roof.

Downpipes  cones are often the cause of blockages, moss collects around top causing gutters to block.  Drains and gutters believe all downpipes should enter a gully, which is easily maintained before entering underground to a drain. The second most common cause of blockages is screwing joints together, as the screw enters downpipe causing large debris to catch and block
